Here's a fab Commodore 64 arcade conversion that I used to play to death back in 1984/85. The only thing is, I wasn't too good at playing it and would panic far too soon and give up. Thirty odd years later, I started playing with the code to see if I could create a crazy hack, and stumbled on more screens! I always thought that there were only two screens in the game and that they just looped round, and so I was delighted to see the two other screens available in the later stages...

Screen 1: Level 1

Screen 1: Level 2

Bonus Stage 1

Screen 2: Level 3

Screen 2: Level 4

Screen 2: Level 5

Bonus Stage 2

Screen 3: Level 6

Screen 3: Level 7

Screen 3: Level 8

Bonus Stage 3

Screen 4: Level 9

Screen 4: Level 10

Screen 4: Level 11

Screen 4: Level 12

Bonus Stage 4

HOW WAS IT PLAYED?: I played around with the code and skipped through the levels.

  • Vinny: As I mentioned above, I'm really surprised that there are more screens to see... even after 30 years!!

FINAL SAY: Nicely created and very playable. A great challenge.

RATING: 5 / 10
