Zybex is a shoot-em-up by Zeppelin Games. It's one
of the few shoot-em-up's that I owned as a kid; I
remember it being quite tough to play. It's not a bad
game for a budget release. The graphics are pretty good,
there's a lot of levels and power-ups and the controls
are decent. I didn't get far enough to enjoy the later
stages of the game back as a kid, but now having gone
through all of the game - it's not bad at all. You
control a spaceman with a jet-pack, and your aim is to
blast your way through the levels collecting tokens that
allow access to later levels.

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used an infinite lives cheat.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once you have beaten the last level, an end-screen
appears. The text reads 'Congratulations! You have
completed Zybex and gained your freedom'. A strobing
colour bar effect is displayed at the top and bottom of
the screen. The game restarts on pressing the fire
button.
