XENON RANGER
by Alpha Omega / The Power House

• Completed
& Reviewed by Neil Collins
Xenon Ranger is an awful shoot-em-up by The
Power House. The gameplay sucks, the graphics are crap
and the sound is rubbish. It scored a well deserved 17%
in Zzap64 magazine. I'm not going to bother saying any
more about this one...

Final level is
complete!

Time for the ending.

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used a trainer that allowed me to skip levels.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once the final level is beaten (or you just skip to the
end like I did), a small message appears in the bottom
half of the screen which reads 'CONGRATULATIONS. YOU
HAVE FOUND THE STARGATE AND CAN NOW RETURN HOME'.
The game then ends.
COMMENTS:
- Neil:
Oh dear... Another crap ending.
- Vinny:
Strangely enough, I actually liked this game - not for
the sake of playing it, but for the fact that I enjoyed
hacking it. For some reason, it was easy to understand
the code. Anyway, the game is worth a little more than
the 17% that ZZAP64 gave it, but it's no way near being
an adequate game. Anyway, the ending is bad and only
deserves 1/10.
- Brendan Phoenix:
We have some flashing yellow bars! Some extra words
other than ' congratulations ' still doesn't raise it
above 1.5/10 for me.
- Andrew Fisher:
Pants. But good idea on including the AVI, Vinny!
- Andy Vaisey:
Junk ending.
- Gaz Spence:
Next!
FINAL SAY:
There's nothing in this game that will appeal to you.
Don't bother trying it out, it is total crap.
