I love Wizball. No, seriously, I LOVE
Wizball. I spent many a late night playing this superb
game trying to collect all the correct colour-drops so
that I could fill up the cauldrons and complete the
game. Finally, after many hours
of play, I completed the game ... to find that I had
wasted a massive chunk of my life!!!

Ah! the melting pot.

Cool. Level 8
completed. Now where is my reward?

What's going on here?
The screen is flashing and I can hear a cat screaming!

WHAT'S GOING ON?! The
End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I cheated using a cracked version of the game. I also
had this map
to refer to.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once the wizard mixes his last potion, something strange
happens that I just can't describe! Take a look at the
ending for yourself and see what I mean :(
COMMENTS:
-
Vinny: I am SERIOUSLY devastated! After spending
so long thinking that the game ending was going to
be as good as the actual game, I was let down and
totally disappointed to find that it is CACK! I want
my money back! :) I'm kind of thinking that the
programmer ran out of memory space or he just ran
out of steam.
-
Kungfufurby: The ending appears to end with
fireworks based on the sound, but there's nothing
but fancy color changing here for the picture. The
ending, therefore, gets a thumbs down.
-
Brendan Phoenix: Great game - still holds up
well today, the music is amazing. Just a pity that
the end of the game is soooo disappointing. To be
honest Sensi did not do many great endings - even on
the Amiga (Cannon Fooder ending was disappointing,
etc).
-
Andy Vaisey: Loud and flashy. And sadly a touch
disappointing.
-
Andrew Fisher: Well, I still think it's one of
the best games ever, even if the "end" is
disappointing...
FINAL SAY:
Nice graphics, but no music and no point to the end!
It's a sad ending to an amazing game :(
