I've got to be honest here: I purchased this game
back in 1988, but after loading it and spending a
frustrating 10 minutes fumbling around, I decided that
it just wasn't for me. It's one of those games that
looks and sounds okay, but plays like a bucket full of
tripe! Brendan deserves a medal for putting up with this
game and actually playing through to the end!

The End!
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Brendan used an infinite blood cheat :-)
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once you have killed your final victim, all the
crucifix's start flashing and the words 'WELL DONE THE
CURSE IS LIFTED' appear. There is an end game ditty.

Brendan:
Boy was this difficult, even with an infinite blood
cheat! Problem being the police would throw you in
jail if you were a werewolf and you lose all your
items. Also, there was no walkthrough available
anywhere! Fortunately, I managed to map it myself
and realised what I had to do. Not as difficult as
Frankenstien Jnr - but approaching it! I also had to
restart the game after it started being buggy
towards the end.
The aim of the game is to eight members of the
family that cursed you - every time you get a kill,
a crucifix appears at the bottom of the screen. I
was trapped on 7 for ages!
I read on some speccy forums that this game is
impossible to complete, and that it crashes when you
kill the final person - I am glad to report that the
C64 version does have an ending.
There is an end game ditty, whilst not great, is
much better than the in-game tune I had to endure.
2/10.

Vinny:
Arrrgh! This game is an absolute pig to complete!
But saying that, there is a little more to the
ending than I actually expected! I thought we would
get the boring old 'WELL DONE' text and that's it;
but it appears that there is a specific ending tune,
which I quite like, and also some crazy sprite
'animation'. I think it deserves 3/10.

Andrew Fisher:
Viz Design was a very short-lived label from
Ariolasoft and this reminds me of another of their
games, Bride of Frankenstein. I suppose you could
make a joke and say the ending is a bit of a dog.
But even that is overplaying it.

Kungfufurby:
The ending is a whimper in comparison to what it
could have been... at least it has a unique ending
tune.
FINAL SAY: The game is pants and the ending is
trousers!
