I'm a big fan of Jason's work and I actually own an
original copy of this SEU game, which is published by
Cronosoft (keep up the good work). Jason really has a
great eye for design and is a skilled Commodore 64
programmer. He's also the writer for the Homebrew
section in Retro Gamer magazine.
So what of the game ending
to Warflame...

And so the ending
begins...

... with a planet
coming in to view.

A ship leaves the
planet...

... and darts across
the stars.

KA-BOOOOOM!

The planet explodes.

BOOOOOOOM!

Nothing left but dust
particles.

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Not too sure if Jason played his own game or if he just
sent in the ending.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
The ending starts with a star field and then a planet
comes in to view. Our hero's ship is seen leaving the
planet and then rushes by. At this point, the planet
explodes and turns to dust. The actual ending screen
appears with numerous spinning ships and colourful text
that reads: "OH WOW! WHAT A HERO! I BET HE DRINKS
CURLING BLACK LABEL. SHREDDY WHEAT? HE EATS THE WHOLE
BOX!". The ending is accompanied by a tune by Marc
Francois.
