Toadforce by Players software is another strange
budget game that I owned as a kid, and like many of
those games, I had no idea how to play them! I remember
blasting away in the game with no idea of what I had to
achieve. It turns out it is simply that: blast
everything until there are no more things to blast. Once
all five levels are empty, the game is won. The graphics
and game play are quite neat, but it's not very exciting
and it's very short once you know what you have to do.
I'm glad I've beaten this one as it was on my list of
games I really wanted to complete - for the simple fact
that I always wondered if there was a point to it all...
And that's it
...enter in your
...and you're done.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used infinite lives cheats.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
On clearing the final level a page of text appears. The
message reads 'CONGRATULATIONS. THE DEFENCE SYSTEM IS
NOW CLEARED. YOUR ATTACK HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE
ACCEPT A SMALL 10,000 POINT BONUS FOR YOUR TROUBLE.'
