Thing on a Spring is probably my number one fave C64
game of all time. So what happened to the sequel? It's
so unplayable and impossible to play - not to mention
that Thing looks completely different and resembles a
circus clown. I purchased the original of this game when
it first came back, and after playing it once, I would
only ever load it up to play Ben's cool music :) So is
the ending any good ...

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Inge is a genius when it comes to
cracking those impossible endings :)
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Nothing apart from an ending screen
that says: "WELL DONE! FROM JASON AND MARK. YOU HAVE
COMPLETED THING BOUNCES BACK." There is also a little
ending ditty from Ben Daglish.
COMMENTS:
Considering that Thing on a Spring
was such a great game and had a fitting ending, this
game just totally fails and lets the Gremlin Graphics
team down. They could have used a better ending tune
from Ben :(
Thinking about it, what made the Thing on a Spring
ending so cool was they way you killed the evil boss and
also the way he dies. Maybe we've missed a trick here
and maybe we are missing part of the ending. I doubt we
will ever find out due to the fact that the game is SO
hard and unplayable.
FINAL SAY: A total letdown.
