Believe it or not, we have had this game ending in
our archive since 23rd April 1995! This means that from
today's date (13/10/09), this ending is 14 and a half
years old! WHAT?! Even I was amazed when I worked it
out. The problem now is, I can't remember anything about
the game or how it was completed! D'oh.
After having a quick play
and refreshing my memory of the game, it appears to be a
modern day Galaxians/Space nvaders with some cool music and
graphics. Just a shame it's multiload.

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used a cheat that took me straight to the ending.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once the final level is complete, the screen blanks and
an ending message appears, which reads: "YEP.. YOU
HAVE MADE IT.. YOU HAVE ELIMINATED YOUR ENEMY.. NOW
YOU'RE A REAL HERO AND WILL BE REMEMBERED AS ONE OF THE
BRAVEST.. BUT... EVERY STORY HAS AN END.. AND SO HAS
THIS ONE.. BUT REMEMBER.. VICTORY IS YOURS!" The
screen then fades out, and a silhouetted image of our
hero is displayed along with the words: "SYNEX!.. BEYOND
CREDIBILITY!.. THE END." This is accompanied by a
thumping end tune.
COMMENTS:
- Vinny: It's got a nice little epilogue,
a cool ending screen, and a nice ending tune to boot.
Saying that, the ending tune could have been a little
less repetitive, and the ending could have had a small
animated sequence.
- Brendan Phoenix:
Never heard of this one.
Truth be told the ending aint half bad - why some of the
other endings that just have a static ' congratulations
' cant do this I don't know.
Always nice to see an ending piccy, even if it isn't
animated.
- Andy Vaisey:
Aye, not bad at all! Not the best ever, but better than
most dross.
- Kungfufurby:
Not half bad, I'll admit. Nothing but text at first, but
then the picture comes up, and to me, it's an OK way to
end a game.
FINAL SAY: I'm still impressed :-)
