Brendan is at it again! Yet another game ending for us all to see. This time it's in the form of Ocean's Short Circuit, which wasn't a particular favourite of mine, but I know that C64endings Team Member Frank Gasking has been waiting a while to get his hands on this ending :-)

"Jonnie 5 is alive!"

"SHOOT THE F##KER!"

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED? BRENDAN: "No cheats - just used the quick save option - proper pain. Got to a point where I thought it was impossible as I kept losing energy, but I was persistent and went back to the beginning to try again and eventually did it"

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Once the game is complete, Jonnie 5 wheels over to the back of a van and then comes racing back again. A helicopter passes overhead and takes a shot at Jonnie, disabling him forever! But then we find out it's a decoy robot - phew!

COMMENTS: BRENDAN: "I was surprised with the ending - rare to get a little animated sequence back in the 80's - especially with an Ocean licence - only downer was no congratulations message or well done - just a short little message saying you have successfully constructed a decoy robot."

FINAL SAY: BRENDAN: "The end. A well done or congratulations would have been nice!"
