Robocop is quite a contentious title on the C64:
some love it, some hate it. Most hate it because it is
way too hard. The graphics and sound are pretty good -
given the C64's capability - but it seriously lacks
gameplay. I remember playing it over and over years ago,
but could never reach the end. There are three levels to
beat, with a few mini games in between. There game also
had some serious bugs, which again lead a lot of people
to dislike the game.

"Please drop your
weapon. You have 15 seconds to comply"

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I found a cracked version that didn't have any bugs. I
used an infinite energy and time cheat.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Just as in the film, you are confronted with a hostage
situation, where you have to shoot the villain without
hitting the good guy. It's against the clock, so you
have to be quick and accurate. After a few well placed
rounds the villain is killed. You then get a crappy
message about the on-going battle against crime.
