> NINJA MASTER by Firebird

• Completed & Reviewed by Neil Collins

Ninja master was a budget game that many found hilariously bad, and others found great fun. I remember buying it and thinking it was very silly game, and the novelty soon wore off as the harder levels were just too difficult. Your aim is to pass the various ninja tests (kind of like a ninja decathlon), with the qualifying level increasing every time you made the grade.

The End.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: Using a cheat that allowed me to progress, even when I failed. I ain’t no Mr. Miyagi…

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: After passing all the tests at black belt, you go up a level to master belt. Once this is complete – you get a congratulations message and the game ends.

COMMENTS:

  • Neil: Not the best. It’s the same screen that you see between each level – apart from it says ‘Master Belt’.

  • Vinny: This game brings back some memories... at the time of its release I was buying every single Mastertronic, Codemasters, and Firebird game that was release, which is why I ended up with this poor excuse of a game...

I don't think I really got anywhere with this game and so I've never seen the ending. Just as well! 1.5/10 from me.

  • Andrew Fisher: Ancient wisdom say this is bad game. Bad ending make it more so.

  • Brendan Phoenix: I think this ending should be graded as 'Master Bater'
  • Andy Vaisey: Game and ending is white belt material.

Get it a body bag! Yeah!

FINAL SAY: Very poor Daniel-san...

G.E. RATING: 2 / 10
