Okay - so let's be honest right from the start... I've never played this game. I find this type of genre a little taxing on the brain, but that's all down to the fact that I always seem to hit a dead end and get bored very quickly. I find that the best solution is the OFF switch. But that's not to say that this isn't a good game because it obviously is...

But that's not all... take a look at the ending...

Man: "Ere missus - fancy coming into my cabin for some...erm... you-know-what?"

Lady: "Ooo you are awful..."

Lady:"...but I like you"

Lady:"##CKING EL! You didn't tell me it was an orgy?!?"

Man:"Lads - here's the surprise I told you about"

Old codger: "Luuuuuuvely"

Lady:"I'm arriving!"

The End.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: Knowing what Inge is capable of... I should think he hacked this one ;)

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: To start with, the murder(ess) is revealed, but there's a little twist to the plot. I won't reveal it to you as it's worth watching the whole end sequence.

COMMENTS:

Vinny: WOW! What a cool ending! It's the kind of ending you really want for a game of this type. It could have been a little more polished with better sonix and timing, but it really is very good. I almost gave it 9/10.
Brendan Phoenix: It's a good ending for this type of game, but I was expecting a bit more after reading the review. No music, limited animation, no ending screen as such.

However the end text is good and in-depth and we get a bit more than a usual murder suspect being pointed out. 5.5/10
Stefan Guerilla: That's exactly the kind of ending you would hope for: Keeping the spirit of the whole Agatha Christie kind of plot, providing the resolution to the crime with a nice twist. I played the game back in the day for a while, but I'm a lousy adventure player and never got far. But I would have felt way satisfied with this one!

7/10 would seem to be a fair rating for this one - a bit more genuine animation instead of the puppet-theatre like ones for the ending would have been nice, but I think this one is really worthwhile!
Gaz Spence: The game's a decent whodunit affair with some nice touches. A good descriptive end too, made all the better with Vinny's alternative text.
Andrew Fisher: Interesting ending, although I do agree that the animation is quite stilted...

However, reading the ZZAP! review it talks about four different cases - is this something that needs investigating further?

FINAL SAY: Well worth playing to see the end.
