Webmaster: I used to be (and still am!) a MASSIVE Mastertronic fan. I used to buy every single game on the day of release and The Master of Magic was no exception.

I spent a few weeks trying to complete this game, but once completed I could play it all the way through with ease. So thanks to David Craddock for completing this fine game and saving it for all to see ...

And so the quest comes to an end.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: I'm not really sure how David completed this - I presume without the cheat as it isn't a particularly hard game ;-)

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Well, once you have battered a few monsters, you place the final item onto the pedestal and the following message appears, "WITH A SUDDEN FLASH OF CRIMSEN LIGHT THERLIC APPEARS. HE SAUS - THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE, I WILL NOW RETURN YOU TO YOUR WORLD. FARE YE WELL. - AS IF BY MAGIC, YOU APPEAR IN THE CAVE WHERE YOU BEGAN."

A superb piece of Hubbard music is thumping away - it's a remix of the main tune - nice.

COMMENTS: As game endings go, this really doesn't fair too well It's nice to have an ending to the story, but what really makes this is the Rob Hubbard music.

FINAL SAY : It's a good game to play but don't expect a brilliant ending :-(
