Law of the West is a game I played a lot as a kid,
and I completed it many times...
play the role of a sheriff who has to converse with
various people of the town, in order to uphold the law.
Your responses dictate the peoples actions - with your
aim being to avoid as much conflict as possible. If you
make it to sunset, you have completed the game. There
are many characters in the game, including your deputy,
bank robbers, the doctor and gamblers. Some will listen
to your instructions, while others will only go down
with a fight, so you need to be quick on the draw.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Using my memory (what's left of it), and a lot of trial
& error answering.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
When you reach sunset, you get a screen which totals up
your score. It shows other totals too, in the form of
icons - which include: How many people you killed, put
in jail, how well you did romantically and how much
money you recovered. The game then restarts when you
