• Game Ending Cheat supplied by Inge H. Pedersen
Webmaster: This cute little game from Gremlin Graphics always seemed to get the better of me: no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't progress through the game! Saying that, it was still fun to play and is still worth a play 20 years on.

Anyway, thanks to Inge Pedersen for sending in a cheat which allowed us to obtain the ending ...

The little terror has completed his quest. The End.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED? Inge Pedersen was kind enough to send in this COOL cheat that made the game jump straight to the end sequence! It can be done using a cartridge that allows you to enter the MONITOR or with an emulator with the same function. Here's what you need to do:

• Start the game

• Freeze the game and enter the MONITOR function

• Change the value at $2D8C to $C8

• Restart the game

Coming from a C64 cheating background, this really hits the spot for me and I think it's quite amazing that this one single change will make the game go to the end sequence!

SO WHAT HAPPENS? Our intrepid hero runs onto a street scene that shows a load of posters reading: jumbo nuts, burp beans, plonk and pest kill. Jack stops in the middle of the screen and wolf-whistles - that's what I think he's doing! The naughtyness metre shows: 100% and the ending message says, "CONGRATULATIONS! LITTLE HORROR". Jack then runs off the screen and the game is over.

COMMENTS: It's a cute little ending: nothing too dazzling but colourful and humorous. It does the job by completing the game, but it could have done with a little more of an explanation to the ending.
