Insector Hecti in the Inter Change is an arcade puzzle game that sees you navigate the maze and switch the corners that have been rotated around, back to their original positions to make the maze complete again. You have to avoid the nasties that wander around and complete the level before the time runs out. This is balanced out by a series of items that are made available to you that give you different weapons and features to help you through. There are fifty gruelling levels to beat until you final reach the end...

Level 50...

...is now complete.

Nearly there.

The End.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:

  • Neil: I used a level skip cheat.

  • Vinny: I actually built a full blown crazy hack that gives you 25 extra in-game features as well as the game ending. To see the ending, just load up the crazy hack, start the game, and then press '-' to initiate the ending.

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Once level fifty is beaten, a full screen message appears which reads 'WELL DONE. YOU COMPLETED ALL 50 LEVELS ! FIRE TO PLAY AGAIN'. The game then restarts.

COMMENTS:

  • Neil: Nothing much to report on this one. It's a very basic ending. 1/10.

  • Vinny: I really love playing this game and so I decided to build a crazy hack to add a few more features. One of those features is the game ending, but unfortunately the game ending doesn't offer much apart from some simple text. 1/10 from me too :(
  • Andrew Fisher: Will definitely have to have a go at the crazy hack as I've only ever played it briefly... So I never saw the very standard budget game ending, which doesn't even have an extra tune as compensation.
  • Brendan Phoenix: Just the normal, lazy, standard font for this sort of game ending, Move on, nothing to see here.
  • Andy Vaisey: Never played it, but will try it with the crazy hack. Not that I'll be playing for that crappy ending though...

FINAL SAY: A sub-standard ending :(
