Ever played this? Had it since '86 but never really fancied it. Sure, the main sprite's great, but I found the game itself a little slow and, without instructions (yes, it was a copy), pointless.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: Since an effort had clearly been made by the programmers I thought there was a good chance of an ending. So I found a crack with unlimited time and invincibility and dived in. Sooooo boring. You need to find a book and the missing six pages of the final chapter, which are spread throughout the game. I used 2 maps, both of which turned out to be flawed, so in the end I had search every single room looking for these bloody pages.

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: And what happens once you get the last? A message appears, exactly the same way as a message appears when it's game over, except, of course, this is a well done!

Pump it up and shoot the page that's floating around. If you accidentally pick it up you'll need to collect it again and again until 4 white pages are displayed at the top.

COMMENTS FROM THE WEBMASTER: Like Matt, I presumed that the game ending would be good. How wrong we both were. There really isn't anything to see apart from the final 'congratulations' message.

FINAL SAY: A poor, poor ending (".)
