Grand Prix Simulator II by Codemasters is the sequel
to the popular budget race game. Although the graphics
on the cars are improved, the overall graphics are not
as good as the original. It all looks like a conversion
of a monochrome Spectrum version to me. The game itself
also doesn't play as well as the original and the
playing area itself is reduced as there is a large logo
at the side of the screen which is completely pointless.
The idea is the same, you need to win races and beat the
computer opponents in order to progress to the next
track. The game isn't as good as the original, but I
played it to see if the ending was better.

The final race is
complete.

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used a cheat that allowed me to qualify for the next
race regardless of what position I finished in the
previous race.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Not a lot. Once you have finished the final track, a
page appears showing the final leader board with the
words 'Well done. You have become the best of the best',
written above it. The game then restarts.
