This is a game inspired by the original 'Frosty The
Snowman' game, distributed with Your Commodore magazine
in 1990. The original was only credited to Rick & Steve
(possibly Steve Barrett?) so the original concept is
theirs.
Frosty the Snowman 2 is a split screen race/platform
game for two players. The aim is to run to the right,
through the screens which increase in difficulty as you
go, until you get to the finishing line. It's a very
tricky game to beat without cheating. You have to jump
over ditches and avoid various festive themed enemies.
It's good fun, but it's very frustrating: two or three
of the screens will have you tearing your hair out!
There are a couple of Christmas themed tunes to whistle
along to as you guide your insane little snowmen through
the screens. The graphics are very basic and the
animation is poor with dodgy sprite detection, but I
can't complain too much about this though as it's a free
game...

YAY! Father Christmas
:)

The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I played it through while saving my progress screen by
screen on an emulator.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
If you can stand playing long enough to reach the finish
line you are treated to an end sequence. The snowman
shouts 'Woo hoo!' and turns to wave at you as he stands
on the finish line. A short victory tune plays before it
kicks into 'We wish you a merry Christmas'. The final
sequence shows the snowman whizz across the screen on a
sleigh with a large message below him and snow falling
in the background. The message reads: "THE SNOWMEN
HAVE MADE IT TO SANTA'S SLEIGH AND CAN DELIVER THE
PRESENTS TO ALL THE GOOD BOYS AND GIRL AROUND THE WORLD.
MEANWHILE, SANTA WILL DRINK ANOTHER PINT OF NEAT SCOTCH
AND TAKE A HEADER THROUGH THE GLASS COFFEE TABLE. MERRY
CHRISTMAS!"
