If you've been fortunate enough to have played the
Back game then you'll know EXACTLY what to expect
with the second instalment...
Nothing much has changed since Fred's first adventure:
it's still set in
a colourful world of platforms and sprites. In fact,
it's obvious that the coders have used exactly the same
game ending and just slightly tweaked the graphics and
sound. It's a good thing on one way because the original
game was a lot of fun, and so really this is just an
extension. It's just a pity that the game ending is
virtually the same as the previous game... give or take
a few words and an ending tune...
Fred has reached the
What on EARTH is 'SUUUUPIEY'?
Again - this is the
What... and then it's
EXACTLY the same ending?
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Gaz cheated all the way to the end ;-)
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
As per the first installment, once Fred reaches the end, the screen starts to scroll
to the left, an ending tune kicks in, and the ending
message reads: "SUUUUUUUPIEY-FRED! YOU SOLVED IT
AGAIN WE HOPE YOU HAD FUN PLAYING OUR GAME AND ...MAYBE
FRED WILL RETURN AGAIN IN FRED'S BACK III. JESUS IS

With one or two minor niggles, the Fred's Back games are
good fun to play.
Looks like the whole game re-uses a lot from the
original, including the ending.

for a different ending for Fred's Back III, please!
