This game is a cracking little platform that certainly dominated the computing magazine advertising space throughout 1985. It seemed that no matter which computer magazine you picked up, the advert for Dynamite Dan was always in there somewhere. Graphically it isn't anything to write home about, but the gameplay is certainly worth a mention.

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED? Judging by the amount of lives that is displayed on the screen above, Inge used a few cheats to get through this one (",)

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Our intrepid hero reaches the airship and takes off. Once up in the air, the screen flips to the final game ending message that reads, "CONGRATULATIONS. WATCH OUT FOR FURTHER ADVENTURES OF DYNAMITE DAN COMING SOON."

COMMENTS: Hmmmmm ... not much to this game ending. It was nice to see Dan taking off and then a game ending message, but there could have been so much more added. Some nice groovy sound effects and a game ending tune would have gone down well.

FINAL SAY: Dynamite Dan? More like Diarrhea Dan!
