Die Hard. Fantastic game of the film. I can't believe how much they crammed into it. We've all seen the movie, and the game is just as much fun. You control John McLean and the object is to rescue your wife and the other hostages at the Nakatomi Plaza, and kill the Evil villain Hans Gruber. This game has it all - gunfights, explosives, hacking security systems, climbing through ventilation shafts etc etc - I can't recommend this game enough.

The final end sequence ...

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: Hard work. There's a map within the game. Its just a matter of finding the correct objects, solving the puzzles and getting to the bad guy in time to save your wife.

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Just as in the film, Hans is blasted through the window and falls to his death. John then hugs his wife and the credits roll ("no they don't; they're static" - Vinny). All the pics are well digitized and animated. The perfect movie finale.

COMMENTS:

NEIL: What can I say? A perfect end to a great game. It can't get any better.

WEB MASTER: It can get better! It could have a pumping end tune, some speech and not take so long to load. I am not impressed at all by this ending and expect so much more if I am to give it a top mark.

FINAL SAY:

NEIL: As good as you can get. Top marks for me. I recommend you play this game. The ending is well worth checking out.
