Jason Kelk really does know how to produce quality
games. I've said it a few times on this site, and I'll
say it again: I'm a big fan of Jason's work, and with
the quality only getting better and better, it looks
like I am going to be a fan for a very long time.
Cyberwing is another of
Jason's classy shoot-em-up games for the Commodore 64.
As always, the graphics are polished, the music is
classy and the game play is thought-through and precise.
A cracking game indeed...
Anyway, enough Kelk
worshiping, here's a cool ending to a great game...
The beginning of the
Our hero's ship is
ready to go home.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Infinite lives and energy cheat :)
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
The final scene sees our hero's ship leaving and heading
off into outer space. The final ending screen has
colourful spaceships flying past with the message
reading: "THANKS TO YOUR EFFORTS THE CYBERWING HAS
MADE IT THROUGH THE VANGUARD. YOU WARN EARTH OF THE
INVASION AND THE ARMADA OF CYBERWING UNITS ARE
DISPATCHED TO DEAL WITH THE FLEET. CONGRATULATIONS
PILOT! MISSION COMPLETE!" This is all acompanied by
a nice piece of ending music by Sean Connolly.
