Chris Butler (programmer of Space Harrier and Ghost
& Goblins) did a fantastic job of converting this arcade
classic into a playable Commodore 64 game - sprite
display bugs and all!
So after completing all three levels, is the game
ending worth the little effort?

Ah! The enemy base ...

... time to storm the building and shoot the muvvers
down!

CONGRATULATION ... MISSION COMPLETE.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?
Unfortunately, the game only takes about 10 minutes to
complete (without a cheat), and so longevity doesn't
really come into it (".)
SO WHAT HAPPENS? Once
you have shot the final few soldiers who come storming
out of the enemy base, your commando automatically runs
into the building and open fires on the remaining enemy
soldiers - cool. Then, you are congratulated and told
that the mission is complete.
COMMENTS: Unfortunately, that's it! No cool Rub Hubbard game
ending sound track, and no snazzy game ending graphics.
FINAL SAY: Saying
that, it is worth seeing.
