CP Verlag released their fair share of great
Commodore 64 titles, and this is definitely one of them!
Clystron is an exploration
platformer by the illustrious X-Ample team who have
produced some stunning Commodore 64 demos in the past.
This game shows off their talents of being able to
produce a quality product consisting of crisp graphics,
super sonics, and addictive game play. It's a great game
to play and worthy of a few hours attention...
Plenty of bonus
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used trained version that allowed me to jump straight
to the ending (",)
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:

ending kicks in with a dedicated tune and a message that
reads: "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE COLLECT[!] ALL
- Andrew Fisher:
I must admit, I've not played this for more than a
couple of minutes - it looks and sounds good, as do the
other X-Ample games. A shame there is not a bit more to
the ending, but at least there is another excellent
- Andy Vaisey:
Decent tune, shame that it's text only on the screen
- Gaz Spence: A
very good tune but the basic text ending does little for
me and disappoints in the context of the great graphics
and presentation throughout the rest of the game.
FINAL SAY: Play the game because it's great,
and not because you want to see the ending!
