I remember playing this game back in the day on my
Amiga. Back then I wasn't a fan of this very strange and
almost impossible arcade adventure, and funnily enough
it still doesn't enthral me. Admittedly, it looks like a
fun game to play, but that's where the fun element
stops!
I
recently revisited the game but this time on my trusty
Commodore 64. No surprise to hear me report that the
game is also dire on that machine. Maybe I am missing
something; maybe I am just cack at games. Anyway - the
ending doesn't off any additional saving grace...
You start drilling...
"You bite on granit!"
The End!
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
Brendan used a walkthrough to complete the game - the
trained version would not let you purchase a certain
item - try as he might. So he used several save states
to get me to the end.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
You start drilling, and then a message appears that
reads: "YOU BIT ON GRANIT!" The ending message
then appears: "YEAH, YOU HAVE FOUND DR BAKTERIUS.
CARE TO PLAY AGAIN? YEAH!!!"
