Puzzle games were never my scene. Chip's Challenge
only ever entered into my world of gaming when it
appeared as a preview on a COMMODORE FORMAT cover tape.
I remember playing it and enjoying what I saw, but I
wasn't compelled into buying the full version.
Fifteen years on and I
still haven't bothered playing through the game and so I
am sure many of you will write in to tell me what I am
missing :) Anyway, here is the ending ...
A few words from our
Oo-er, I wonder what
happens next?! ;) The End.
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I just used a cracked version which allowed me to go
straight to level 149 and then view the ending once I
pressed the magic button (",) Well, what did you
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once you have completed the final level (149) you are
greeted with a WELL DONE screen (see 1st screen shot),
which then takes you into a small loading sequence.
After a minute or so, the
final ending screen and music appears, and we see Chip
and Melinda fondling each other in front of a PC.
- Vinny: The final
screen is quite cool and is well drawn. The music by
Neil Crossley makes a great ending piece and is well
worth a listen - and some.
It's pretty and worth a look.
