Here's one of those games that I never owned and
only played because I found it on Gamebase 64 and played
it through an emulator to obtain the ending.
Blazing Thunder is your
typical, run of the mill, Shoot-em-up game that
resembles a game created using the SEUCK but with some
added elements such as animated water, level intros, a
title screen and so on. It's an okay game with five
levels to play through and some nice graphics and sonix
One strange aspect to the
game is the size of the enemy men running around: they
seem to be bigger than the tank you control, which makes
me think it's a remote control tank! That aside, it a
nice little budget game...
The final level is
...and the final
level ending boss is no more!
HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?:
I used trainer version that allowed me to skip levels
and then use cheats to whiz through the final section.
SO WHAT HAPPENS?:
Once you kill the final boss, the words "GAME
COMPLETED" appear, which is accompanied by the usual
'end of level' ditty.
