Anyway, enough babble, here is Rio with his synopsis ...

HOW WAS IT COMPLETED?: I have actually completed the game fair and square about twice before. It wasn't easy, but a good challenge. To get to the ending for the purposes of this webpage, however, I turned on an invincibility cheat and put the emulator into warp mode. Finished the game in next to no time, although a bit dizzy watching the in-game scrolling go at warp speed. Yee-hah!

SO WHAT HAPPENS?: Well you finish the Alleykat finale and receive your reward. Then you are greeted with a message "GREAT FLYING! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ALLEYKAT FINALE" complete with lots of bleep and bloop sound effects. Then the game starts over, giving you a million point bonus and taking away all your money.

COMMENTS: Well, this ending looks almost like the game over screen with the exception of a congratulatory message: no picture, animation, tune, nothing - a real let down considering the title sequence was really cool. Much like Paradroid in the sense that the game is satisfying, but the ending isn't.

FINAL SAY : At least I got congratulated!
